Mi Escuelita Society Happy Hour (June 19, 2008)
Ken Hamilton and Adam Akbany hosted a happy hour fundraiser for Mi Escuelita at Trader Vic’s Lounge. The crowd of young professionals had a fun time highlighted by a boatful of Mai Tais and delicious munchies. The event was successful on both fronts – a fun social event netting just over $700 for Mi Escuelita. The monies raised will be used to purchase supplies for students including balls, sidewalk chalk, tricycles, paints, and books. Thank you Ken and Adam!
