As a non-profit organization, Mi Escuelita relies heavily on generous support from community volunteers. Opportunities at Mi Escuelita centers range from serving as a role model for our students by reading stories to them throughout the year to helping us maintain our website and fixing up centers in need. We also appreciate volunteers that host “paper drives” or “school supply drives” that help us reduce the need to purchase such goods. As you can see, Mi Escuelita's volunteer opportunities include activities that are easily addressed by groups as well as individuals, and we are always open to new ideas.
