At Mi Escuelita Preschool, we have an experienced and dedicated staff committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for your child to learn and grow. Our teachers are fluent in both English and Spanish and utilize an immersive English curriculum to prepare children of all cultures for a successful transition to Kindergarten.
President & CEO
Jessica Reich
Jessica has been a dedicated member of the Mi Escuelita Preschool community since 2005, when she joined as a Family Advocate fresh out of college. Growing up in Costa Rica, Ms. Reich developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and the importance of early childhood education. Over the years, her commitment and passion for education have propelled her through a series of roles, including Site Manager, Program Director, and Chief Program Officer. In January, Ms. Reich was promoted to Interim President and CEO, bringing her extensive experience and deep understanding of the organization to the leadership position.
Throughout her tenure at Mi Escuelita, Ms. Reich has been instrumental in driving the mission of the preschool, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for the children, their families and the staff. Her journey from a frontline advocate to the helm of the organization is a testament to her dedication and unwavering commitment to providing quality early childhood education.

Once a dedicated parent with her children enrolled at Mi Escuelita, Erika transitioned into the role of Teacher and then Pre-K Coordinator before taking on her current position as Operations Manager.
