Mi Escuelita’s young students depend on their teachers for structure, guidance, and support. We take these responsibilities very seriously. Our teachers are observed and evaluated in three areas: emotional support, classroom organization, and instructional support. The tool we use is CLASS, Classroom Assessment Scoring System. This is a national standard assessment tool for early childhood educators. We are proud to report that Mi Escuelita CLASS results were 10%higher than the national average. This demonstrates how our commitment to high-quality interactions between teachers and children foster strong social, emotional and cognitive growth.
