Education Evolution is a program Mi Escuelita created for our teachers in 2021. Our teachers are life-long learners, and this program is our investment in them. They have continued their education while working full-time and oftentimes raising a family. Several have earned the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, while others have earned Associate of Arts (AA) degrees and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees. Currently, ten members of the Mi Escuelita team are enrolled in Education Evolution, pursuing their dream of higher education. Our investment in our educators is also an investment in our students. Our teachers, who reflect the communities we serve, are motivated and committed to providing high quality early learning experiences.
